We have just about everything ready to go and we're itching for April 16th to get here... that's the date we pull out for the summer. Our plan is a leisurly ride to lake Whitney State Park, Whitney, Texas - about a hour south of Dallas where we signed up for a volunteer position as Park Hosts From May 1st through the end of June. In July we will spend time in Oklahoma, Arkansas, the Ozarks, and make our way to Indiana by the end of July to spend a month in Fort Wayne, Indiana with family.
When we owned our boat, the boat was named "MT
Pockets"; we felt that pretty well described our situation and we've decided to put that name on the 5th wheel too, so if you see us on the highway you will recognize us by that name.
